Adar Gandelsman

Adar Gandelsman (Hebrew: Adr gndlsmn; born 5 December 1997) is an Israeli model and beauty pageant title holder. She was Miss Israel 2017's first runner-up. She won Miss Universe Israel 2017 and participated in the Miss Universe 2017 pageant. Adar took part in the Miss Universe 2017 pageant in Las Vegas, but did not win. Gandelsman and Miss Universe Iraq Sarah Idan shared a photo during the pageant. Idan and her entire family left Iraq in December of 2017 after they were outraged by Iraqi citizens about her photo with Miss Israel. Miss Israel is born in Ashkelon in Israel and was born to Ashkenazi Jewish parents, who moved to Israel in 1992 from Brazil. [1][2] Adar her name is Hebrew for the Hebrew calendar month.
