Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress. She became famous in the 1970s-80s for her role as an actress on television shows. Her beautiful appearance was often the focus of these series. Fairchild launched her acting career from 1973-1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow show, a daytime soap that starred Jennifer Pace. After appearing in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actor in primetime and then moved to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this performance, she won with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's primetime soap Paper Dolls. In 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild also appeared in the theater, and in guest roles on television shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. The actress was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this show. Fairchild is also an SAG-AFTRA board member.
